I'm very impressed with your artwork. You're a little ahead of me and I'm already 17! You don't have to be confident in your ability yet, but trust me... in just five or so years, you could be the next Amano Kozue. Don't give up, you're on the right path.
If yopu're fourteen, you've gort plenty of time to be the mangaka you want to be. You seem to have a bad image of your own work, but people would kill to have half the talent you have. You have the time too to develope the skills to your own liking as well, so chin up and just keep at it.
