I think it's amusing that Suika jumps to the conclusion that Miki has a boyfriend, when she didn't even say the guy was that. Granted, it's kinda obvious that Miki may like the guy, but... >.>; Suika is silly for letting it keep getting to her. ^^;

I think the grammar in the last panel is a little off. I think it'd be more correct English if it were something like "Am I the only one who has not gotten a boyfriend...?!"
It'd be better still to word it like "Am I the only one who does not (doesn't) have a boyfriend...?!", but that is entirely my opinion and you don't have to listen to it if you don't want to. The previous way is fine too. :D
